  1. 14.4 complexity vs Rogue

Odds; 2.2 for Rogue Pick: low (1 unit) To be honest these low tier matches are really unpredictable these days. As I mentioned yesterday veteran players aren't performing well, but we should still consider their experience and composure. Rogue is a team with Hiko which is quite good lately as well as other well known European names in it. Their recent performance has nothing to shout about, and indeed complexity seems to have the upper hand (winning 1 map against SK) but I don't think they deserve rated as such favourites.
  2. 12.4 NiP vs North

Odds: 2.2 for North Pick: Low (1 unit) The thing about the teams in the scene now is that the tier 1, tier 2 performance is super inconsistent. Roster changes happen way too often and it just feels like the scene has stagnated for a little bit. Veteran players aren't looking too good right now and a look at VP would tell the full story. Even for NiP, they have not been performing up to level but that is to be expected as age catches up to them. Their recent statistics are not looking very good relatively, and North definitely has the potential to upset here. At least their players are high performing young players, but they lack that high level experience that NiP has.
  3. 8.4 VP vs Gambit

Odds: 1.7for VP Pick: Low (1 unit) I have a feeling that VP will be winnning this one. Their new roster without TaZ is off to a rocky start lately, but I am quite confident that they have been sorting out the issues especially with regards to their teamwork. Looking at VP they should be trying to win against Gambit, they need all the league points they could. Gambit has been quite hit and miss as well. Basically this match is about 60-40 for VP in my opinion.
  4. 24.3 BIG vs Red Reserve

Odds: 1.4 for BIG Pick: Medium (2 unit) BIG is pretty much the dominant team here, Red Reserve's roster has been underperforming lately, losing to tier 3.5 teams and tier 4 teams. Even with PlesseN, the young talent that used to play as Fnatic's fifth member when olofmeister was injured, didn't contribute much to the outcomes that they achieved. BIG on the other hand is quite solid and they will definitely take the win over Red Reserve here.
  5. Odds: 2.6 for EnvyUs (EGB) Pick: Low (1 unit) EnvyUs has been playing awful lately, never would we have thought that this veteran team has declined till the point where they are rated as such underdogs against Space Soldiers, a team that has historically known as "Low tier trashes" by some pundits such as Thorin. Nonetheless, it should be known that in their last head-to-head matches, EnvyUs has won twice against Space Soldiers. It is a good sign, but we should still bet low on them since there is a chance of EnvyUs just falling flat againsnt Space Soldiers. Depending on the results for their first map, if EnvyUs looks to be in a good form, it might be worth it to up our bet size to a Low+ bet.
  6. 18.3 NRG vs Rogue

Odds: 2.5 for Rogue at least 1 map (Pinnacle) Pick: Medium (2 unit) Rogue has been on a roll lately, cruising through the tournament so far for this iBuyPower invitationals. They have defeated teams like Liquid and Optic convincingly and they deserve praises for sure. However, Rogue is no slouch either, and with players like Hiko on their roster, I don't think we should discount them entirely. Just look at the odds set by bookies, 1.2 odds for NRG is crazy, its not like they are SK or Cloud9, FaZe etc, they are still a NA team, don't forget its not going to be smooth sail all the way for NRG. Rogue can put up a challenge, and 1 map is definitely possible. I have high confidence in this bet.
  7. 13.3 FaZe vs VP

Odds: 3.4 for VP (either map - above 3.0 odds) Pick: Low (1 unit) VP will be playing 4 games in total today, and all 4 games they are being severely underestimated. Look at the odds offered on multiple bet sites, they are treating VP like a tier 4 team, I mean come on, this is ECS league, while they have been playing bad recently, that was the ESEA MDL league which is not very important for VP at all. FaZe is definitely the better team, but do you think betting with 1.2 odds is worth the risk-reward ratio? Look at my VP vs Astralis analysis for more info.
  8. 13.3 Astralis vs VP

Odds: 3.3 for VP (either map) Pick: low (1 unit) While I admit that VP's current form is weak due to their roster change, it is absolutely foolish to give up the chance to bet with these juicy odds. Keep in mind that VP's past few games were all ESEA MDL matches, which is absolutely unimportant for VP, while ECS is a prestigious league with all the top teams trying to get to the top 8 to attend the LAN finals. No matter how bad VP are recently, ECS matches are important for them to make a living, which means they should be more serious in this league compared to ESEA MDL. Astralis is of course the more consistent team here, but I don't think 1.2 odds are attractive for an online match. It's simply not worth the money to bet on Astralis.
  9. 11.3 Epsilon vs Tricked

Odds: 1.9 for Epsilon (Pinnacle) Pick: Low (1 unit) Just a low bet is enough for this matchup, both teams have not been performing up to par recently and both teams are similar in terms of skill and ability. With that said, Epsilon has already beaten Tricked in a BO3 before, and their recent opponents are arguably better than what Tricked has been facing. Besides, Tricked with their new roster is not very good compared to the one they had before where they were a good contender in the tier 3 circuit.
  10. 7.3 VP vs Spirit

Odds: 1.7 for VP (Pinnacle) Pick: Medium+ (2.5 unit) Although in my previous analysis of VP vs Flipsid3 where I said VP was not playing as team without TaZ, their old captain, I do believe that they are still a formidable team that can easily beat tier 2 teams. Spirit on the other hand is a tier 3.5 team right now, their skill level is just too far apart from the individual skills of the VP team. In terms of skill and strategy, I do not see Spirit getting a victory against VP in this ESEA league. VP desperately need some wins to promote to the Pro League soon.
  11. 7.3 VP vs Flipsid3

Odds: Above 1.8 for Flipsid3 Pick: Low+ (1.5 unit) Once again my predictions were right the other day, it was weird that bookies were giving Flipsid3 such underdog odds against EnvyUs Academy, given their good roster. Flipsid3 should not be underestimated, they have Blad3 as their IGL as well as legend markeloff in their roster. VP is a team full of veterans as well, but one thing that people do not realize is that VP relies on their team chemistry, they were never super good in terms of skill, but they are always number 1 in terms of mental fortitude, and it is often reflected in long sets or in high stakes tournaments. Swapping out TaZ which was the captain of VP was the worst mistake that VP management ever did. Without TaZ, VP looks lost and while MICHU is quite good, they just don't seem to play like a true team like they used to.
  12. 7.3 VP vs Flipsid3

13. 7.3 GODSENT vs Kinguin

Odds: 2.2 for Kinguin Pick: Low (1 unit) As I expected GODSENT won their game against Red Reserve quite easily. In the first place, the odds for that game was quite skewed, it was always clear that GODSENT is a much better team than Red Reserve, but bookies always mess up their odds in CSGO matches recently. This match has the same situation. While GODSENT is a good team, we should not underestimate Kinguin. Kinguin is a master at these bet sponsored tournaments, coming from a shady website themselves selling stolen game CD keys (wide circulating rumour). Kinguin always excel at these kind of low tier tournaments, while I'm not trying to say there is any manipulation of the results, I do say that they are no slouch when it comes to these tournaments. Their past performance is good in the tier 3 circuit as well.
  14. 7.3 Natus Vincere vs AGO

Odds: 1.8 for AGO less than 12 rounds Pick: Medium I do not see any issues for NaVi to dominate AGO, to be honest they are in a different league altogether, AGO has not been good as an organisation with their rosters since years ago, they were once quite a good tier 3 team, but has since been at tier 3.5/tier 4 for some time. NaVi is a tier 1 team through and through, they will tear through AGO.
  15. Odds: 2.6 for Flipsid3 (Pinnacle) Pick: Low+ (1.5 unit) Another match with lopsided odds that does not make sense to me. While it is true that Flipsid3 has not been performing well recently, losing against many tier 3 opponents, they are a force to be reckoned with if they are serious, their roster is stacked with veterans like blad3, Markeloff, etc. that can easily just destroy EnvyUs Academy. They have been losing too much and it wouldn't surprise me that they will get a win here and stop their throwing streak against tier 3 opponents.
